Cooking my way through Pinterest

I decided to start a bi-weekly post about cooking my way through Pinterest. As of late I have been finding a lot of my recipes via Pinterest. It was getting very boring at dinner time around here. I also wanted to see what some of you were making from your food boards on the site. I always think when I'm pinning "I hope this is actually good!" haha. I'm hoping this will motivate me (and you guys) to actually try all those recipes that look so good and go forgotten on our boards. I will be featuring Parmesan Chicken Bake. As you will see I tend to "eyeball" my measurements... notice the use of the word "around".
Feel free to ask questions and to comment!

Here is what I used: (There are variations from the recipe according to our taste and amount of meat used)

1 Package of Boneless Chicken Breasts ( a little over a pound)
Around a 1/2 cup of Hellman's Mayo
Around 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (in a pinch i had it pre grated in my fridge, but parmesan is ALWAYS better freshly grated by you!--I've noticed a small triangle is almost around the same price of the pre-done container at the store)
1 tbsp. of Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic (Can be purchased here)
1 tbsp. of Tastefully Simple Onioin Onion (Can be purchased here)
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

I cut my chicken breasts in half and put them on a greased glass 13X 9 pan. I combined all the other ingredients and then spooned it over top of chicken making sure to cover all the chicken. And that was it!

Cooked on 375 degrees for 45 minutes

My Review:
This came out amazing. I will never make boring baked chicken again. I have been an avid mayo hater until very recently. So if you HATE mayo you can still enjoy this recipe (I couldn't taste the mayo, at all). The mayo keeps the chicken SO moist and the parmesan gives it, it's flavor. I'm glad I subbed in my spices I think it would have been a little boring without them. Enjoy :)
